What is EFT?

Emotional Freedom Techniques, EFT, is a powerful and exciting tool that has the ability to profoundly positively impact your life in a rather quick amount of time. It is based on the knowledge that we are all bodies of energy. Therefore, when our body's energy system is clear and flowing naturally, we experience health, high energy and vibrancy therefore allowing us to lead a passionate life. However when blockages in our body are present, we experience negative side affects such as pain, ailments, fears, phobias, addictions, weight issues, panic attacks, PTSD, and depression.

Unfortunately most of Western medicine still treats the symptoms of these disruptions solely through the dispension of medication which many times simply masks these symptoms instead of finding the actual cause and ridding it. However more and more practitioners are starting to realize what many others have known for some time, negative emotions create these imbalances in our body's energy system. Therefore if we treat the negative emotion(s) that are creating stress on the body, the body responds by releasing them and allowing the body return to proper alignment and harmony.

EFT is that gentle, non-evasive, fast, and easy to learn method that can effectively pin-point the root negative emotion(s) creating the problem(s), neutralize the emotions and therefore release them almost effortlessly. One of EFT's best features is the lack of need to re-live any past traumas or stressful memories though such is not the case with most conventional psychological models.
